President Bush stated that there will be no trade with Cuba until it allows free elections and permits free speech and other rights that we Americans enjoy. Interestingly, the Cuban government uses the embargo as an excuse as to why they have so many consumer shortages. But, China is the most repressive nation in the world, is so corrupt that its consumer goods have poisoned us and our pets, and uses slave labor to produce goods that undercut American-made products.
